1. 앱 권한 관리

  • HealthKit: iPhone 건강 앱 > 프로필 > 앱 > Will AI에서 항목별 허용 또는 해제
  • 위치: iOS 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 위치 서비스 > Will AI
  • 캘린더, 마이크, 음성 인식, 카메라, 사진: iOS 설정 > Will AI
  • 권한을 끄면 관련 분석은 제한되지만, 앱은 가능한 범위에서 계속 작동합니다.

1. Manage app permissions

  • HealthKit: iPhone Health app > Profile > Apps > Will AI, then enable or disable each data type
  • Location: iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Will AI
  • Calendar, microphone, speech recognition, camera, and photos: iOS Settings > Will AI
  • Turning off a permission may limit related analysis, but the app should continue to work where possible.

2. 데이터 내보내기

앱의 나 > 데이터 내보내기에서 기간과 카테고리를 선택해 CSV 파일을 이메일로 받을 수 있습니다. 내보내기는 본인 계정 이메일로만 전송됩니다.

2. Export your data

In the app, go to Profile > Data Export, choose the period and categories, and receive a CSV export by email. Exports are sent only to the account email.

3. 계정 삭제

앱의 나 > 계정 > 계정 삭제에서 삭제를 시작할 수 있습니다. 삭제가 완료되면 서버의 사용자 소유 데이터, 개인 기록 이미지, 인증 계정, 이 기기의 로컬 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

앱을 사용할 수 없거나 삭제가 실패하면 support@willai.app 으로 계정 이메일과 요청 내용을 보내주세요.

3. Delete your account

In the app, go to Profile > Account > Delete Account. When deletion is complete, user-owned server data, personal-record images, the authentication account, and local data on the device are deleted.

If you cannot access the app or deletion fails, email support@willai.app from the account email with your request.

한국 사용자는 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 등 관련 법령상 권리를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 기능으로 처리하기 어려운 요청은 support@willai.app 으로 보내주세요.

Korean users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, and other rights available under applicable law. If the request cannot be completed in the app, email support@willai.app.

5. Rights for U.S. users

U.S. users may request access, deletion, correction, portability, or limitation of sensitive data use where available under state law. Will AI does not sell personal data or share it for advertising tracking.
