Will AI는 건강, 위치, 음성, 사진, 채팅, 개인 기록처럼 민감한 생활 데이터를 다룹니다. 이 문서는 어떤 데이터를 왜 처리하고, 어떻게 보관·삭제하는지 설명합니다.

Privacy Policy

Will AI processes sensitive life data such as health, location, voice, photos, chats, and personal records. This policy explains what data is processed, why it is used, and how users can control it.

이 문서는 한국과 미국 출시를 위한 통합 안내입니다. 운영 주체 정보는 법인 설립 후 업데이트됩니다. This combined notice supports the Korea and United States launch and will be updated when Will AI Team forms a legal entity.

1. 운영 주체와 적용 범위

Will AI는 법인 설립 전까지 Will AI Team이 운영합니다. 문의와 개인정보 요청은 support@willai.app 으로 받습니다.

이 방침은 Will AI iOS 앱, Watch companion, 웹사이트, 동기화·분석 서버, 지원 채널에 적용됩니다. 한국과 미국 사용자를 함께 대상으로 하며, 법인 설립 후 운영 주체 정보가 업데이트됩니다.

1. Who operates Will AI and when this policy applies

Until a legal entity is formed, Will AI is operated by Will AI Team. Privacy requests and support inquiries can be sent to support@willai.app.

This policy applies to the Will AI iOS app, Watch companion, website, sync and analysis servers, and support channels. It is written for users in Korea and the United States and will be updated when the operator information changes.

2. 수집하는 정보

계정 정보: Apple, Google, Kakao 로그인 식별자, 이메일, 프로필 이름, 인증 세션 정보
건강·피트니스 정보: 사용자가 Apple Health에서 허용한 HealthKit read-only 데이터, 운동, 수면, 심박, 활동, 수동 건강 기록
위치·일정·환경 정보: 사용자가 권한을 허용한 위치, 장소 라벨, Apple Calendar 항목, 날씨와 대기질 컨텍스트
사용자 콘텐츠: 채팅, 음성 입력과 전사문, 사진 또는 이미지, 개인 기록, 식사·약·영양제·증상 메모, 생성된 리포트와 개인 위키
기기·식별자·진단 정보: Supabase user ID, provider ID, device ID, push token, 앱 사용 이벤트, crash/performance diagnostics

2. Information we collect

Account data: Apple, Google, and Kakao sign-in identifiers, email address, profile name, and authentication session data
Health and fitness data: read-only HealthKit data that the user authorizes in Apple Health, workouts, sleep, heart rate, activity, and manual health records
Location, calendar, and environment data: location data if authorized, place labels, Apple Calendar entries, weather, and air-quality context
User content: chats, voice input and transcripts, photos or images, personal records, meal, medication, supplement, and symptom notes, generated reports, and personal wiki content
Device, identifier, and diagnostic data: Supabase user ID, provider ID, device ID, push token, app usage events, and crash/performance diagnostics

3. 이용 목적

하루 타임라인, 회고, 리포트, 채팅 답변, 개인 위키와 메모리를 생성하고 개인화하기 위해
기기 간 동기화, 데이터 복원, 데이터 내보내기, 계정 관리와 계정 삭제를 제공하기 위해
사용자가 요청한 AI 분석, 요약, 음성 전사, 이미지 분석을 수행하기 위해
오류 진단, 보안, 남용 방지, 서비스 안정성, 고객 지원을 위해
사용자에게 권한 상태, 데이터 공백, 리포트 준비 상태 등 서비스 운영 알림을 제공하기 위해

3. How we use information

To create and personalize daily timelines, reflections, reports, chat answers, personal wiki content, and memories
To provide sync, data restore, data export, account management, and account deletion
To perform user-requested AI analysis, summarization, voice transcription, and image analysis
To diagnose errors, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve service reliability, and provide support
To provide service notifications about permissions, data gaps, report readiness, and account operations

4. AI 처리와 모델 학습

Will AI는 사용자가 요청한 분석과 답변 생성을 위해 필요한 데이터만 AI 처리자에게 전송합니다. 처리자는 Anthropic, OpenAI, Google 등 기능별 제공자를 포함할 수 있습니다.

Will AI는 사용자의 데이터를 AI 모델 학습에 사용되도록 허용하지 않습니다. AI 결과는 웰니스와 자기이해를 돕기 위한 정보이며 의료 진단, 치료, 응급 판단, 약물 지시를 대체하지 않습니다.

4. AI processing and model training

Will AI sends only the data needed for user-requested analysis and response generation to AI processors. Depending on the feature, processors may include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and similar service providers.

Will AI does not permit user data to be used to train AI foundation models. AI outputs are for wellness and self-understanding only and do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency decisions, or medication instructions.

5. 보관, 내보내기, 삭제

원본 이벤트, 파생 Fact, 리포트, 메모리, 개인 기록, 대화 기록은 서비스 제공과 동기화를 위해 보관됩니다. 일부 임시 원본 또는 처리 중간물은 운영 정책에 따라 짧은 기간 후 정리될 수 있지만, 모든 데이터가 분석 직후 자동 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.

사용자는 앱에서 데이터를 내보내거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제가 완료되면 서버의 사용자 소유 데이터, 개인 기록 이미지, 인증 계정, 이 기기의 로컬 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 법률상 보관이 필요한 제한적 기록은 필요한 기간 동안만 보관될 수 있습니다.

5. Retention, export, and deletion

Raw events, derived facts, reports, memories, personal records, and conversation records are retained to provide the service and sync data across devices. Some temporary originals or processing artifacts may be cleaned up after a short period, but not all data is automatically deleted immediately after analysis.

Users can export data or delete their account in the app. When account deletion is complete, user-owned server data, personal-record images, the authentication account, and local data on the device are deleted. Limited records may be retained only where legally required.

6. 제3자 처리자와 해외 이전

Will AI는 Supabase(인증, 데이터베이스, 스토리지, Edge Functions), Sentry(진단), Apple/Google/Kakao(로그인 및 플랫폼 서비스), Anthropic/OpenAI/Google(요청 기반 AI 처리), Resend(데이터 내보내기 이메일), Apple HealthKit/WeatherKit 및 사용자가 연결한 외부 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

이 처리자들은 한국 또는 미국 외 지역의 인프라에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. Will AI는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 데이터를 전송하며, 처리자가 적절한 보호 조치를 제공하도록 요구합니다.

6. Processors and international transfers

Will AI may use Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and Edge Functions; Sentry for diagnostics; Apple, Google, and Kakao for sign-in and platform services; Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google for request-based AI processing; Resend for export email; Apple HealthKit/WeatherKit; and external services the user connects.

These processors may process data on infrastructure located outside Korea or the United States. Will AI transfers data only as needed to provide the service and requires processors to provide appropriate protection.

7. 추적, 판매, 광고

Will AI는 광고 추적 목적으로 사용자의 데이터를 제3자 데이터와 결합하지 않으며, 광고주, 보험사, 데이터 브로커에게 개인 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다.

App Store Privacy Nutrition Label에서는 실제 수집·처리되는 데이터 유형을 사용자와 연결됨(linked to user)으로 신고할 수 있지만, 이는 추적(tracking) 또는 판매를 의미하지 않습니다.

7. Tracking, sale, and advertising

Will AI does not combine user data with third-party data for advertising tracking, and does not sell personal data to advertisers, insurers, or data brokers.

In App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels, some collected data types may be declared as linked to the user, but that does not mean Will AI uses the data for tracking or sale.

8. 아동 개인정보

Will AI는 한국의 만 14세 미만 또는 미국의 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 해당 기준 미만 사용자는 Will AI를 사용할 수 없습니다.

Will AI가 기준 미만 아동의 개인정보를 처리했다는 사실을 알게 되면 support@willai.app 으로 요청을 받아 확인 후 삭제 등 필요한 조치를 합니다.

8. Children’s privacy

Will AI is not directed to children under 14 in Korea or under 13 in the United States. Users below those thresholds may not use Will AI.

If Will AI learns that it has processed personal information from a child below those thresholds, we will review requests sent to support@willai.app and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

9. 사용자 권리

한국 사용자는 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 등 관련 법령상 권리를 요청할 수 있습니다. 미국 사용자는 거주 주 법률에 따라 열람, 삭제, 정정, 이동, 민감정보 제한 요청을 할 수 있습니다.

앱 내 기능으로 처리하기 어려운 요청은 support@willai.app 으로 계정 이메일과 요청 내용을 보내주세요. 본인 확인이 필요한 경우 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.

9. User rights

Korean users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, and other rights available under applicable law. U.S. users may request access, deletion, correction, portability, or limitation of sensitive data use where available under state law.

If a request cannot be completed in the app, email support@willai.app from the account email with your request. We may request additional information to verify identity.
