계정 관련 요청은 본인 확인을 위해 Will AI에 로그인한 이메일 주소로 보내야 처리할 수 있습니다.
For account, privacy, data export, account deletion, and safety questions, contact support@willai.app.
Account-related requests should be sent from the email address used to sign in to Will AI so we can verify identity.
앱에서 데이터 내보내기 또는 계정 삭제가 실패하면, 계정 이메일, 사용 중인 로그인 제공자, 요청 내용을 포함해 support@willai.app 으로 보내주세요. 비밀번호, Apple/Google/Kakao 토큰, 건강 데이터 원본을 이메일로 보내지 마세요.
If export or account deletion fails in the app, email support@willai.app with your account email, sign-in provider, and the request. Do not send passwords, Apple/Google/Kakao tokens, or raw health data by email.
App Review 또는 보안 검토가 필요한 경우 같은 주소로 요청하면 샘플 데이터가 분리된 리뷰 계정 또는 데모 접근 방법을 제공합니다.
For App Review or security review, contact the same address. We can provide a review account or demo access that is separated from real user data.
Will AI는 응급 대응 서비스가 아닙니다. 즉각적인 위험, 심한 통증, 자해 위험, 호흡 곤란 등 긴급 상황에서는 앱을 기다리지 말고 현지 응급 서비스 또는 의료 전문가에게 연락해야 합니다.
Will AI is not an emergency response service. In an urgent situation such as immediate danger, severe pain, risk of self-harm, or trouble breathing, do not wait for the app. Contact local emergency services or a medical professional.
